This Privacy Policy describes how Stashxy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, processes, and shares user data when you install and use our mobile application distributed via the Google Play Store.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies, including the User Data and Data Safety requirements.

1. Information We Collect and Receive

To provide a reliable user experience, we collect information that you directly provide to us, data generated automatically during app usage, and data collected via third-party Developer Tools or Software Development Kits (SDKs).

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, password, and profile preferences.

  • User-Generated Content: Any text, logs, items, or records you intentionally save or upload within the app.

B. Information Collected Automatically & Sensitive Permissions

Depending on how you use Stashxy, our app may request or automatically collect:

  • Device Identifiers: Android ID, IP address, device model, operating system version, and unique device tokens.

  • Usage Data: App launch times, feature interactions, crash logs, and performance metrics (collected via analytics tools).

Important Note on Sensitive Permissions: If Stashxy requests access to device functions (such as Storage, Camera, or Location), the data accessed is used exclusively within the context of the requested feature and is never collected or transmitted silently or without your direct interaction.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal and device data for the following policy-compliant purposes:

  • Core Functionality: To run, maintain, and optimize the features of Stashxy.

  • Account Management: To manage user profiles, authenticate logins, and secure user sessions.

  • Customer Support: To troubleshoot crashes and respond to your support tickets or inquiries.

  • Security & Fraud Prevention: To protect our users against unauthorized access, service abuse, and malicious activities.

We do not sell your personal or sensitive user data to any third parties.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party SDKs

We may share your data with third-party service providers (SDKs) solely to enable app features and analyze stability. All integrated third-party code adheres to Google Play’s strict security standards:

  • Google Play Services / Firebase Analytics: Used to monitor app stability, calculate crash rates, and track core engagement metrics anonymized by device identifiers.

  • Hosting & Infrastructure Providers: Cloud databases and secure servers used to store your account profiles and synchronized application data safely.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if strictly required by applicable law, regulation, or legal subpoena.

4. Data Security and Encryption

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to shield your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

  • Encryption in Transit: All data moving between the Stashxy mobile app and our external servers is strictly encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

  • Data Isolation: User databases are partitioned and secured with strict access controls.

5. Data Retention and Account/Data Deletion Rule

We retain your personal information only as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill core app functions.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

In absolute alignment with Google Play’s Data Deletion Policy, users can permanently delete their account and associated personal data at any time:

  1. In-App Method: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within Stashxy. Your profile and application data will be permanently wiped from our production servers instantly.

  2. Web-Based Request: If you have uninstalled the app or prefer to request deletion online, you can submit an explicit request via email to our support desk (listed below).

Upon deletion execution, all non-aggregated data is entirely scrubbed within 30 days.

6. Children’s Privacy

Stashxy does not knowingly target, market to, or collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable legal age limit in your region). If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal information without parental verification, we will delete it from our servers immediately.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changing app features or new developer compliance guidelines. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy and through prominent in-app notices where appropriate.
